Classes
Each week we have a different class focus. We target specific muscle groups, work on the whole body, fine tune our balance and control and work on our flexibility and breathing cycles. Every class is different but you always finish feeling recharged and balanced after a nice cool down and a stretch.

My class is for everyone - from those completely new to pilates to others with more experience who want to fine-tune their technique and build strength.

We focus on the key principles of pilates, gently building upon these through gradual, graded movement patterns. I always give modifications and adaptations of exercises so you can choose which level best suits your needs.
​
In a face to face class I offer both verbal and physical cues to help you modify the exercises and perform them to the best of your ability. There is also a great sense of team morale - so if you are a social person then this class is for you!
