Sarah Barratt

Hi - I’m Sarah. I’m a physiotherapist with a specialist interest in pilates. I love helping people find enjoyment in exercise while developing their body and mind.

In 2016, I qualified from Brunel University with a first class degree in Physiotherapy. During my junior rotations at East Surrey Hospital, I gained experience in: outpatients musculoskeletal physiotherapy; inpatient neuro-rehabilitation; inpatient respiratory rehabilitation; community physiotherapy. I then took a role as a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist within the outpatients team in 2018. Since then, I have worked with the community setting as well as in Surrey prisons, and in 2022 I took the role of Team Lead within my full time job in the NHS.

I've always had an interest exercise - especially working on my own body strength, conditioning and flexibility alongside my dancing. This naturally led to an interest in pilates and, after undertaking training in 2018, I decided to set up my own physio-pilates business.

Aside from my love for all things fitness, I’m a golden retriever fanatic, love a hot holiday in the sun, enjoy tasty food and drink, and will never turn down a nice gin and tonic.
