Why Physio Pilates?

As a specialised musculoskeletal physiotherapist, I use my expertise in anatomy, physiology, and movement analysis to safely guide you through your Physio Pilates classes. I use clinical skills to ensure that the exercises are adapted to your needs, while helping you progress in a graded, gradual way.

Hi I’m Sarah, a Senior Physiotherapist with over 7 years experience, with a specialist interest in Pilates. I love helping people find enjoyment in exercise while developing their connection between body and mind.

All classes my are group classes and mixed abilities. 

Everyone has their own goals they are working towards - we work hard but we also have good fun!
